3.Guarantees, obligations and undertakings from the service provider:

The service provider agrees to pay a 25% commission (or the percentage agreed upon in the contract) from the total amount agreed upon with the customer, excluding the cost of spare parts, if any. The service provider’s payments will be processed within 30 days from the date of service completion, in accordance with the financial and administrative policies of the application.

  5. The service provider guarantees its possession of the devices and equipment necessary to provide the service.
  6. If the service provider fails to re-repair, another team will be sent and the amount will be deducted from the service provider’s wallet balance.

Serve grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, and irrevocable license to use the Services of the Serve Application only for personal purposes (eg, non-commercial purposes) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. , You must:

If any dispute arises between the service provider and the customer, the two parties are responsible for resolving the dispute and reaching an appropriate settlement between them. . of any kind and neither party has the right to refer to the application with any claim or responsibility of any kind

10. Modification or Deletion of Accounts or Services:

Serv reserves the right to terminate or delete any account or suspend any services without prior notice in the event that the service provider violates the terms and conditions, the contract, or applicable regulations while performing services, or if they cause harm to the application, another service provider, customers, or any external party.

 

3. A service provider is considered negligent in performing services if any of the following occur during service execution:

• Any unjustified delay in service execution due to negligence on the part of the service provider.

• Providing services at a level inconsistent with professional standards or demonstrating negligence or failure in performing duties.

• Subcontracting any part of the services to a third party.

• Making agreements with customers outside the application.

• Receiving ratings below three stars, receiving negative feedback, failing to clean the workspace after work, or increasing prices due to the application’s commission.

• Exceeding a 50% order cancellation rate.

 

4. If an account or services are suspended or deleted by the application (for any reason), the service provider will be compensated for completed services up to the date of suspension or deletion.

 

5. The service provider will be notified before the termination of the relationship or account deletion, with the application determining the appropriate notice period based on each case.

 

6. The service provider has no right to object to account suspension or deletion and is not entitled to any compensation

 

11.Safety

The service provider is obligated to maintain his account data and password in a secure manner, and he bears sole responsibility for preserving this data and preventing anyone from accessing his account or services.

The service provider undertakes to notify the application of any attempt to access its account or use its services from an unauthorized person, or in case of leakage or theft of account data.

    3.    The App is Not Responsible for Taxes

As [SERVE] is only an intermediary, the app is not responsible for any taxes owed by the service providers, including income tax, VAT, or any other applicable taxes. Service providers are responsible for ensuring that they collect the appropriate tax amounts from customers and follow the correct tax procedures.

    4.    Tax Notification to Users

If a service is subject to tax, the service providers on [SERVE] are required to notify users of the tax amount due on the service before finalizing the booking or payment.

    5.    Verification of Tax Obligations

[SERVE] recommends that all service providers ensure they are fully compliant with local tax laws, have the necessary licenses, and have completed any required tax-related procedures before offering their services through the app.

    6.    Clarification on Tax Payment

In the event of any inquiry or complaint regarding taxes on the services provided, the service provider is fully responsible for handling these matters directly with the relevant tax authorities and must inform the user of any details concerning taxes.

    7.    The App Does Not Offer Tax Advice
